Airgid privacy policy

What Airgid is

Airgid is a private personal assistant built and used by the owner of this website alone. It is not offered to the public; the only Google account that signs in to Airgid belongs to its owner.

Google data Airgid accesses

Airgid asks for two read-only permissions: reading Gmail messages (gmail.readonly) and reading Google Calendar events (calendar.readonly) of the account that signs in.

Airgid cannot send, delete or change mail, and cannot create or change events — the permissions it asks for do not allow it.

How the data is used

Only to show the account owner what mail is new and what appointments are coming, and to summarise them for the account owner.

It is not used for advertising, not sold, not transferred to any other person or company, and not used to train artificial-intelligence models.

What is stored

Only the token Google issues after sign-in, kept encrypted on the owner’s own server.

Mail and calendar content is read from Google when the account owner asks to see it and is not copied into Airgid’s database.

Revoking access and deletion

The account owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or disconnect from inside Airgid, which revokes the grant at Google and deletes the token from the server.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Airgid’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
